Home to the Luis Palau Association. Birthplace of the festival model for evangelism. A leading city in innovative, collaborative efforts – within the Christian community as well as the secular.
Portland is a great city. But like most urban areas throughout the United States and the world, problems of hopelessness and despair are rampant.
The homeless rate is one of the highest in the country. The number of unchurched individuals is of national fame. There are issues with youth and with the needy. There are environmental concerns and needs among the elderly. Portland needs our help.
Together, we can change Portland for Christ!
